Q:What is your monthly book budget?

A: I don't buy books monthly. Plus I'm still a student and don't have a budget of my own. Have to allocate my allowance to other education related things also. So, if ask what is my monthly budget for books, my answer I've no budget at all. If I got money I buy books, if I'm in total broke....I just sit silently, blinking my eyes.

Q: If you find a book that looks interesting but is part of a series, do you always start with the first title?

A: Yes, I always do it that way. But, there are also books from series that can be stand alone. So, these books I don't really care if not reading the first book first.

Good Morning cj'alhafiz!

Happy Friday.

Old follower here. I'm doing all three of the Friday blog runs. I don't limit myself to budget with books. I just love to read and write so that line is always doable for me. And Yes, I love start a series at the 1st book.

Hi there CJ! Just hoppin' on by. <3 I'm a new follower! :D You're like... I think the fourth male blogger I've come across. That's pretty monumental (and cool!), if you ask me. :)

My book budget is $0, too! I'm a poor college student, so I only borrow books from the library or read in Barnes and Noble while hogging their air conditioning. :)

Kristina @ Frazzled Book Nommer. Have a good weekend! <3

I can dive right into the middle of a book series if the series' story
doesn't run chronologically.

That is to say, if each novel in a series is a stand-alone story (like Lee
Child's Reacher novels) then I don't feel the need to start with book one.

On the other hand, a series of books (like Richard Hatch's Battlestar
Galactica novels) can't be read out of sequence since each new book builds
upon the story of the previous entry in the series.

Happy Book Blogger Hop Friday!
